Inspired by the bohemian spirit of Alaçatı, Wakana Alaçatı offers a nature-connected boutique hospitality experience.
Guest rooms line the edges of the plot around a central garden, with ground-floor terraces extending living spaces into nature, using reclaimed wood, tadelakt plaster, and other natural materials for a minimal, sustainable, and warm architectural language.

The theater for İBB Şehir Tiyatroları features a central middle-stage layout with 360-degree seating, enhancing intimacy between performers and audience.
Its box-like stage anchors the hall, while the foyer opens to the Bozdoğan Aqueduct, creating a serene forecourt that connects the new building to the historic monument.
